Kenneth G. Craddox is an award‑winning playwright, director, and producer whose work has touched audiences across the East Coast and beyond. As the founder of Bishop’s Kid Productions, Kenneth has built a ministry‑rooted theatrical platform dedicated to healing, hope, and real‑life storytelling.
Born and raised in Neptune, New Jersey, Kenneth discovered his passion for writing after college, debuting his first stage play, “No Christmas Without Christ,” at Praise Temple Ministries—where his parents, Bishop Archie Craddox and Pastor Bertha Craddox, served in leadership. The overwhelming response to that first production launched a journey that would shape his life’s calling.
Kenneth went on to write and direct the powerful gospel stage play “A Dead Man Walking,” which rose from local church stages to an Off‑Broadway run in New York City. His works have earned multiple honors, including two Tiffany Gospel Awards and nominations from the DC Black Theatre Festival, The Perry Awards, and The American Gospel Music Awards.
Today, Kenneth continues to create transformative productions such as ME, Do You Still Dream?, and BANG! No Rhyme, No Reason, each carrying his signature blend of truth, ministry, and emotional impact. Supported by his wife, Tena R. Craddox, President and CEO of Bishop’s Kid Productions, Kenneth remains committed to telling stories that change lives and remind audiences that purpose still speaks.
